Why are we doing this? Everyone should have access to chiropractic care, a vital healthcare service for managing most musculoskeletal conditions. That said, the staff at Lakes Region Chiro-Health is volunteering their time and money to offer their services for just $5. 100% of the proceeds will go to the Pemi Bridge House to help the less fortunate in our community.

Services Offered

Basic Exam and History

Includes basic med history and chiro exam with ortho, neuro, or physical tests to diagnose the issue and rule out any contradictions to care.

Spinal and Extremity Adjustments

Manual or instrument assisted chiropractic adjustments for proper joint movement and positioning that’s safe and pain free.

Exercise Therapy

Providing at-home stretches and strength exercises that is easy to do.

Home Care Advice

Suggestions on home or work-related activities to avoid or perform to help with recovery.

Specialists Referral

Should the condition require separate or additional care a referral to a specialists will be made.

Digital X-Rays

X-rays will be suggested in some cases when it’s necessary to rule out conditions that will make treatment unsafe.

Free Therapy Equipment

Exercise bands, belts, balls, and rollers may be provided to facilitate rehabilitation at home.

Graston Therapy

Instrument soft tissue mobilization is an effective way to remove adhesions and scar tissue for stronger, less inflamed tendons.

Laser Therapy

In cases of significant inflammation, laser therapy can improve healing time to help prevent re-injury.

Dry Needling

In cases of muscle related issues, the use of acupuncture needles can help relax and dissolve painful trigger points.

Shock Wave Therapy

Sonic pressure waves emitted at comfortable levels penetrate the body about 1 inch to break up adhesions and scar tissue in areas of chronic injuries.

Medical Taping

Special elastic taping called kinesiotape help improve support for strained muscles.
